Our successful service rate is over eighty percent (80%), and according to industry standards and our clients, cannot be surpassed. We also serve our cases in a very timely manner. We average only nine days from the time we receive the papers, to serving them, to returning the copy of the affidavit of service with your invoice. Our high success rate and fast turnaround is due to the excellent serving skills of our agents, and to the fact that we immediately perform a skip trace for every bad address. In most cases, our sophisticated investigation tools and abilities enable us to relocate the person or business immediately, and we only charge for the trace if the service is successful. We also file your cases with the court and notarize at no charge, unless otherwise instructed.

We can perform rush service anywhere in our service area because of our large sales force and vast coverage. In most cases, we have the capabilities of same day service. Our investigation division uses state of the art search engines and good investigation techniques to locate your defendants, so we may successfully serve your cases in a timely manner. As a full service process and litigation firm, we can supply various asset searches, corporate detailed information searches, and court searches including bankruptcy, criminal records, foreclosures, liens, judgments, and more. Locally, we can supply witness statements, photographic services, file cases with the courts, and pick up and deliver on request.

Absolute Process and Litigation Services, Inc. has been serving the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia area for fifteen
(15) years.
We have expanded our service area to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Our company utilizes over fifty highly trained professional process servers, investigators, and security personnel to affect service of process and perform various other legal services. We are a member in good standing of NAPPS, the National Association of Professional Process Servers, with fourteen offices throughout the United States, centrally located in Baltimore, Maryland. Absolute Process Service also has the ability to serve anywhere in the Continental United States through our nationwide service network. We currently service over 350 law firms on a regular basis, and take great pride in delivering the same outstanding service to our out of state clients.
We are a family owned business that gives you personal service seven (7) days a week, fourteen (14) hours a day. This sophisticated system affords our customers the ability to track their cases on-line and print their invoices and affidavits of service twenty-four hours a day! Our clients can not only submit their cases to us by mail or e-mail, but they can enter their cases directly into our system and upload any information and attach it directly to their case. This includes pictures, maps, licenses, or any other pertinent information aiding in the service of their case. This E-forwarding saves time by expediting the process in serving cases, and saves money in postage and costly office supplies. Our program is user friendly and extremely intuitive, like an ATM. It can be easily mastered with just a few minutes of instruction.

Our basic pricing guide is located on the "Services and Pricing" page. Your final price is contingent upon many variables, and are customized for each client and for each specific situation. For customers looking for a long term commitment, we will furnish a price sheet with all of the services we offer. Our price sheets are based on volume and geographic location for our basic service of process. For a one time price quote, usually for out of state clients, we will ask a series of questions in order cover all of your needs and customize your special price. Unlike other process service companies, our price does not limit the number of attempts up to expiration date. In all cases, we are extremely competitive, and offer a super quality, fast, accurate service experience, and you are sure to use us again and recommend us to your associates.
